Awareness Is The Key
Emotions…
Energy in motion.
It’s our emotions that get in the way of our logical thinking.
Thoughts are energy.
The more thoughts you have about a certain thing the stronger the emotion.
Which entails the energy in motion.
A great example of this is the concept of overthinking.
One thought after another.
Continuous energy creates forward motion.
Once fully in motion the thoughts are fueling themselves.
The only way to stop them is to slow down your rate of thinking.
What is thinking anyway ?
It might sound like a crazy question but have you ever thought about thinking.
I bet that’s making you think.
Thinking is the observation and identification with thoughts.
When you start identifying yourself with too many thoughts you get overwhelmed.
Which is the concept of overthinking.
The overindulgence of the thought realm.
This is why AWARENESS is key.
Awareness is the only thing that can stop overthinking.
It’s like putting a roadblock in front of a car.
Remain AWARE of your thoughts don’t identify with them.
