Why It Dosen't Work
New year new me…….
Let me explain why this dosen’t work like you think.
As humans we tend to stay the same unless change occurs.
The thing is change dosen’t occur instantly.
It happens over time.
Mainly because we revolve around these things called habits.
Our habits run our lives from behind the scenes.
Since all habits are subconsciously iterated there hard to consciously change.
Which is why it takes continuous conscious effort over time to reprogram the mind.
Which is also the reason why “New Years New Me” does not work in reality.
A good example of this is the new gym goers who come during January and end up gone by the 31st.
Your trying to go against a program that’s been running your whole life.
That’s like trying to push back a 18-wheeler going 60mph.
It’s just not happening.
Realize the actions and thoughts you do and have everyday compound.
Which create your habitual nature.
Environment plays a key role in habits as well.
You are a product of the environment you dwell in.
A great example of this is when you notice your getting lazy.
Wondering why you realize you’ve been in your room all day.
Surrounded by comfort.
Your bed.
Food.
A/C or heater.
Nothing but things that will reinforce your behavior.
Another word for reinforced behavior is HABITS.
Habits are the puppeteers of our lives.
Controlling us against our will.
That’s why its so important to pay attention to the actions and thoughts you tend to do and have everyday.
Which is the SOLE reason why “NeW yEaR nEw mE” is a SCAM.
